Stuck? Find the fix.
Locked out, form sitting on pending, result nowhere to be seen — type it below or pick a desk. One answer opens at a time; everything starts closed.
Account
A · 6 slipsClick the Login button at the top of any page, then choose Sign up. You can register with your email address and a password, or continue with Google.
If you sign up with email, open the verification link we send you — your account activates once your email is verified.
After signing up, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside. If you cannot find it, look in your spam folder, then request a new link from the login page.
Add your phone number in your profile, then enter the OTP code sent to you by SMS. The code expires after a few minutes, so enter it promptly.
Wait a minute first — SMS and email delivery can lag. Check your signal, inbox, and spam folder, then request a fresh code. If codes never arrive, double-check the number or address you entered, then contact Sir.
On the login page, choose Forgot password and enter your account email. Open the reset link we send you and pick a new password. Accounts created with Google sign-in have no password to reset — just keep signing in with Google.
- Confirm you are using the same email and method you signed up with (password vs. Google).
- Check that your email is verified — unverified accounts cannot sign in.
- Watch out for caps lock and extra spaces in your password.
- If it still fails, reset your password or contact Sir.
Admission & forms
AF · 5 slipsLog in, open the admission form, and fill in your personal, academic, and guardian details carefully. Review everything once, then submit — you can track what happens next from the same page.
Pending means your form reached Sir and is waiting for his review. Nothing is wrong and nothing more is needed from you — just check back later for the decision.
Sir reviews every form personally, so it can take a few days, especially around admission season. Check your form page for updates rather than submitting again — duplicates slow the process down.
Open the form to see which fields need attention, correct them, and submit again. Your earlier entries are kept, so you only fix what was flagged.
While the form is still pending, you can edit and resubmit it freely. Once approved, your details are locked — contact Sir if something important changes.
Results & materials
RM · 4 slipsLog in and open the Results section. Choose an exam to see your marks breakdown. Results appear only after Sir publishes them, so a missing exam usually just means it is not published yet.
First check whether the exam is published and whether your classmates can see theirs. If they can and you cannot, your attendance may not have been recorded — raise a support ticket with your name, batch, and exam date.
Log in and open the Materials section. Files are organised by batch, so you only see the materials meant for you. New files appear there whenever Sir uploads them.
Most files are PDFs — make sure you have a PDF reader and a stable connection, then try again. If the file still will not open for you but works for others, raise a support ticket naming the file.
Contact & support
CS · 3 slipsCall or WhatsApp for anything urgent — admission, batch timings, or anything needed today. Raise a ticket for non-urgent issues that need a record: result corrections, document requests, or account problems.
Open your tickets page to follow the status: open, waiting for the teacher, and resolved. You will see the reply inside the ticket itself once Sir responds.
Yes — slots can shift or be cancelled during exam weeks. Always confirm the current routine on the Classes page before coming, or ask Sir directly via the Contact page.
